Checkout happens on Amazon, so payment works the way Amazon always works: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay balances, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where the device supports them. This site never sees card details; there is no payment form here at all.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders over $35, and free at any size with Prime. Most US addresses see delivery within one to three business days. The exact promise for your address appears at checkout before anything is charged, and that date is binding on Amazon, not on estimates written here.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, started from the Amazon order page in about four clicks. No restocking fees on standard returns. Keep the packaging for the first week or two; it makes a return painless if a set arrives with a cracked latch.
Warranty
Past the return window, Snapware's limited lifetime warranty picks up: latches that stop holding and vessels that fail in normal use are replaced. Write to care@mysnapware.com with a photo and the order number, and the team will sort the rest.
